NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
All orders within New Zealand will be couriered for a flat rate of NZ$10.
LOCAL PICK UP
Alternatively you can arrange to pick up from Khandallah, Wellington.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please email narialvesdesign@gmail.com to enquire about international shipping costs.
For international orders, please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as Nari Alves Design cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system. Please keep in mind that international mail may be held for up to 4 weeks in customs. Depending on the laws & regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please note that Nari Alves Design cannot take responsibility for items that are lost during transit though we will do our best to work with the courier company to locate any missing items.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction with your purchase and experience is of the utmost importance to us. Please don’t hesitate to contact Nari Alves Design directly with questions or concerns. Due to the one of a kind nature of this work, we typically do not accept returns or make exchanges. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, & shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.
DEFECTS
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exception of damages incurred during transit) a refund or exchange is possible. Please contact Nari Alves Design within 2 days of receiving your purchase with images & a description of the damage. Before a refund or exchange is possible, the defective product must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging. Because these pieces are 100% handmade, there may be an additional wait time before receiving a replacement while repairs are being made.

Nari Alves Design collects information including email address, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and name, for the purpose of processing your order, or contacting you in regards to your order or enquiries. The web site may also use cookies and maintain statistics of IP address, top level domain name, date and time of visit, referral web page, visit duration, type of browser used. Information collected is to be used for order processing and communications by Nari Alves Design only, except when we are required to disclose such information by law. Product Descriptions
All items are described as accurately as possible, however due to computer configurations, colours shown on your monitor may be different from the actual colour of the items. If you received any of our products that are faulty, you can return them in unused, original condition.

All prices are as stated on this website and are in New Zealand dollars. Nari Alves Design reserves the right to revise the price of goods at any time. Nari Alves Design is currently not GST registered and so does not charge GST.
